This popular course is designed for students wishing to develop their skills in depicting the human face and figure in a variety of styles, methods and techniques. Sessions are practical, and throughout the course you will gain skills and confidence through continual guidance. Where relevant, our current exhibitions, and other source materials are used for direct reference and inspiration, and some sessions include clothed life drawing.
Includes exploration of techniques including watercolour, ink and brush, collage and stenciling and includes tuition in understanding of form, proportion and character, and advice on how to further develop your work beyond the course.
