Can my class come at a different time to your advertised slots?
Unfortunately not – the slots are designed for two classes to attend in one day and need to be adhered to for this reason.
I have made a booking and need to change the times/topics – can I do this?
We are unable to change your bookings once confirmed. Please ensure you have made the correct booking when returning your booking form.
Do you have a lunch space?
We do not have a lunch space but there are places nearby for a picnic if the weather permits.
We are bringing in two classes – can the one waiting wander through your galleries?
We can only accommodate one class at a time in the building. Time in the galleries is built into each 2 hour session.
Can you run more than a workshop at the same time?
We only have one workshop space so can only deliver one workshop at a time.
I am a workshop leader – can I join your education team?
We are not currently looking for new freelancers to join our team, but may advertise opportunities from time to time on the Jobs section.
Can I do work experience at HOI?
We do not currently have capacity to manage work experience placements.
