Family Workshop: Make an Illustrated Font

Turn your drawings into an alphabet using ink and collage

When, Where

Make a fantastical alphabet by creating tiny illustrations out of inks and newspaper at our next workshop designed for children and their families.

During the session we'll be turning these into A3 posters and adding colour. Take home your very own digitally printed and hand-coloured poster.

We will be getting inspired by our exhibition of John Vernon Lord's detailed, tiny pen and ink narrative drawings, and looking at hyroglyphs, celtic patterns and alphabets from around the world.

Plus, after the session you'll be emailed your own unique font to use on your computer at home.

Your ticket to the workshop includes exhibition entry.
